11 Weeks Old, I think I need my own Soccer ball...

Bring on the Soccer World Cup matches. I love watching them. I can be totally cranky but when the soccer comes on I become a happy wee man. I'm really becoming a big boy. I'm still cranking out lots of smiles and I'm getting much better at using my hands. It seems I've become a much more settled boy this week. I'm spending a lot more time playing and a lot less time being fussy man. Another thing I am loving at the moment is grocery shopping at Pak n' Save. Just put me in one of those big boy chairs in the shopping cart and I'm as happy as can be. Sometimes my mom just circles the store even if she has nothing left to buy. I also love chilling out with my dad. Here's a picture of me and my dad.

10 Weeks Old, Hello Christchurch!

I've made it safe and sound to my new home in Christchurch. It was my first trip on an airplane and I did very well. I only had a little bit of trouble hanging out in the airport for an hour and a half because my flight was delayed. During this delay I entertained mommy, daddy and the rest of the airport with a little screamfest. I was all good by the time I made it on the plane though. Here's a picture of me with my mommy on the airplane.

I think I'm going to like Christchurch a lot. It was a beautiful, crisp, cool winter day and mommy and daddy took me for a stroll in my buggy to Cathedral Square. Then we walked over the Avon River to the Art Centre where we had a look around at the local arts and crafts. I was a nice boy to allow mommy and daddy to stop and have a coffee at one of the outdoor cafe's.

I was a little angel the entire time, but to be honest, that might have something to do with the fact that I slept the entire time in my buggy! All of that crisp cool air put me right to sleep.

I'm becoming more and more of a big boy everyday. I smile a lot and I'm on the verge of kicking out a good giggle. I also learned a cool new game this week. It's called the 3:30 am wake and play game! Yep, for the last week I wake up every night at exactly 3:30 am when I truly believe it is party time!

9 Weeks Old, I think I may just let my mom sleep a bit...

I'm a big 9 week old today, but you'd never know it since I fit my 6 month old clothes quite well. It's a big week for me. Not only did I let mom sleep for a whole 5 hrs from 9pm until 2am (on June 14th to be exact), I'm making the big move to the New Zealand Mainland in just a few more days. Yep, I'm making a move from Auckland to Christchurch where it was dumping snow just a couple days ago. I'm excited to be moving closer to my New Zealand Grandma and Grandpa. I also found out this week that my US Granny will be coming to visit me again soon, next January! I've been a very good boy this week. I'm still napping well during the day as long as I'm wrapped like a burrito and my pacifier is close by, and the sound of mom's hairdryer is great for putting me to sleep. I love my mommy, daddy and big brother very much and I like to give them lots and lots of smiles.

My First All Blacks Match...

Well my daddy got me all dressed up in my special All Blacks track suit to get me ready for my first test match, New Zealand vs. Ireland. The only problem was that I was fast asleep by the time it started!

I'm 8 Weeks Old!

Here I am! It's hard to believe I'm 8 weeks old today. I just love to drink lots and lots of milk and then spit it up all over my mommy. My favorite things right now are bath time and being talked to by my mommy, daddy and big brother. I also like to be wrapped up like a burrito when I'm sleeping. I'm still not sleeping the best though. Mommy is really looking a little bit sleep deprived. One day I might even let her sleep longer than 3 hrs at a time!
